The Munkee Hut bar in the Secret Garden is being taken over by a couple of cocks. (Cocktails that is oh you with the dirty mind)
Commencing on the Friday 9th August until 11th August, to coincide with our Ladies Charity Night we have 2 of our team who used to work in a lively city centre bar in Newcastle making speciality cocktails for you.
This event will take place over all 3 days of the weekend so you have plenty of time to taste them all responsibly.
Its free to come in and if the weather is nice, what better place to be than in our secret garden sipping cocktails with friends.
Would love to see you there…………
Well its the last day of the Cheltenham Festival today. How have you done.
Me personally have had 2 good first days then a losing day yesterday, lets hope today brings it back to winning ways.
Anyway watch every race live on 4 TVs today with food available all day and a free pork bap for people who are in the pub all day.
Come and join us for some good craic, great ales and ciders and hopefully a few winning tips.
Wow Wow Wow you all blew me away on Sunday with your kind words and support for our memorial gates.
They are here to stay believe me.

Dan, Jona, Tud, My Family, My Staff team and all my locals you made me a v very happy old man and I cannot thank or love you enough for that.
Wow what a brilliant night we had last night. Celebrating Neils 50th Birthday and raising monies for the awesome charity “Little Hearts Matter”
As ever you all excelled yourselves and raised a massive £600 towards their running costs.
You should all be very proud of yourselves as I am proud of every single one of you.
Thanks to all the musicians that entertained us, the staff who worked their butts off keeping you watered and especially all you lot that made it such a special night in a special pub.
Well today I have met some lovely ladies who are knitting poppies for the community project for remembrance sunday.
Had a love chat about relatives that fought in the great wars and all the good things that people of the village do.
So the invitation still holds and please spread the word, you don’t even have to knit, if you just want to get out for an hour and have a cuppa or even a pint with a piece of cake.
Every Wednesday from 12ish.
